Mindfulness Meditation for Stress Reduction Next session begins: Wednesday, October 14th, 2009 Six consecutive Wednesdays from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. Free Sample Class: Wednesday, October 7th, 2009
These workshops run for 6 consecutive weeks during which participants will learn and practice Mindfulness Meditation techniques. Each session will also include discussions about the roots of stress, learning to manage anxiety, as well as working with physical and emotional pain. Guided meditation CD’s and a workbook are provided by the teacher to encourage and assist in developing a "home practice".
